About the applicant
Anyone with a clean criminal record and a valid passport and his/her immediate family members.
Immediate family members are the applicant’s spouse (1 person only) and children below 18 years of age at the time of application.
All applicants are required to have a clean criminal record and a valid passport.

About the procedure
1. The main applicant signs a contract with the authorized representative and the power of attorney at any Slovakian embassy in the world.
2. Applicant pays the administrative fee (€150.000) and investment (€50.000) to escrow agent.
3. Documentation sent to the representative to support the application.
4. Representative submits the applicant’s application to the Immigration Office in Slovakia.
5. When the application is approved applicant has to undergo a medical check in Slovakia and visit the local police to give fingerprints and receive the settlement card.
6. Once the settlement card is received by the applicant the escrow agent releases the escrow to the beneficiaries.
The applicant’s family members can submit their applications along with the applicant or later at any Slovakian embassy in the world and receive their cards at the same embassy.

About the necessary documents
The following documents have to be submitted along with the application:
1. Copy of all pages (including covers) of the passport (for all applicants)
2. Bank statement of the main applicant holding at least €3.000 or equivalent.
3. Passport photo (for all applicants)
4. Complex Health Insurance valid for one year (for all applicants)
5. Legalized and officially translated criminal record (for all applicants)
6. Legalized and officially translated birth certificate (for all minor applicants)
7. Legalized and officially translated marriage certificate (for spouse)
About the timeline.
The procedure starts when the total fee is credited to the escrow agent’s escrow account and the complete documentation is submitted to the Immigration Office in Slovakia. In case no further
documentation is required, the resident cards are delivered within 90 days from application.
The applicant is required to personally appear before the Slovakian Immigration Office when he/she receives the settlement card.
Please note that the program is available for a limited period of time. The above terms are valid until November 2019.
